MS Paralegal Services, LLC, is locally owned and operated by Marianne Smith, an Austin Peay State University certified paralegal graduate with extensive law firm experience. I offer "traditional paralegal services" for attorneys and legal documentation preparation assistance to the general public.
For attorneys, services offered include, but are not limited to, case organization and/or maintenance, pleading preparation, correspondence preparation, dictation transcription, research, discovery/response preparation, deposition summaries, medical record organization and summaries, expert witness assistance, deposition attendance, trial preparation, maternity leave/sick time fill-in or any other paralegal/legal secretarial assistance you may need.
For the general public, whether you are an individual, business owner, homeowners association or contractor, MS Paralegal Services, LLC, can provide you with avenues to help you help yourself. My goal is to provide professional, accurate, and affordable legal document preparation and filing services in order for you to handle your own legal tasks without the cost of an attorney. Some of the services I offer are notary, bankruptcy preparation, separation agreements, wills and trusts, leases, power of attorney forms and many more. I am not a licensed member of the Bar and do not practice law. I have extensive education, training and experience in a wide variety of legal issues. I am confident that I can offer the highest quality and most economically-priced legal document assistance.
MS Paralegal Services, LLC is open Monday through Friday 9:00 - 5:00. Evening and weekend appointments are available by request.
